About PandaLillie

It all started in 2016 with a little coffee table in my living room and two children to care for.

I'd decided that I wanted to make wedding stationery and maybe even become an event planner. During that first year, I completed training and obtained diplomas in Event and Wedding Planning, and by around 2017, I had started planning events.

As the years went on, things got busier. At the start of 2020, I was preparing for my busiest year to date.

And then Covid happened.

Events were cancelled. There were no parties. Social distancing was introduced. An entire country shut down.

So I had to think about what I could do.

By this point, our family of four had become a family of five. During 2020, I completed an online course and learnt the art of balloon arrangements and arches. I also learnt how to make jewellery and keyrings.

Then, in 2021, shortly after having my fourth child, came the personalised gifts.

Eventually, the world started to world again. Parties and events were allowed, we could gather in much larger groups and things slowly started getting back to normal. PandaLillie opened for bookings again.

But that didn't mean the balloons and personalised gifts disappeared.

They had become — and still are — a HUGE part of PandaLillie.

In 2023, we welcomed baby number five, and I needed to take an extended break from PandaLillie.

But now we're back.

With a new home, new products and so many exciting things still to come.

So that's the last ten years of PandaLillie summed up.

I can't wait to see what the next ten years hold!
